Yea your front has other issues, your hollowed eyes and temples, + too thick and short upper and brows is bigger concern. Also your ears are a bit weird for some reason. Your lower third is already the best part lol.

You need upper bleph and lower bleph + fat graft, some kind of ear surgery. Fat for temples aswell + alarplasty

Not the italians for sure , their rep is so bad and constantly botch genios and djs. You can do your research outside this forum ideally and find a decent surgeon in europe/us.

If so @lurking truecel .judging from the fact if my front and side,how good are my infras.I got extreme under eye hollows after leaning out from 95 kg to 64kg when I was 17,I am 6’2 ft tall

I've never had any work done on my lower third. Neither orthodontics, nor orthognathics. I don't think my occlusion needs to be corrected by surgical means. And I'm not recessed in any significant way.
However ...
My bigonial width could be improved. My gonions are quite weak, offering no angularity.
My mandible is rather short.
My chin lacks a bit of oblique projection, simmetry, and squareness.

At this point in time, I'm considering fixing these relatively minor flaws with fillers. Just to see what I look like then, so I can ponder whether more radical procedures would be worth the trouble or not.

Based on the side profile pic below, what would you go for ? Fillers ? Genio ? Mini wing ? Implants ? A combination ?
Do you see anything else worth hardmaxxing ? (I'm strongly considering some fat grafting to the eye area, see list below)

-fat grafting to reduce UEE and to fill up a slight hollowness under the eyes
-revision rhinoplasty, mostly for functional reasons
-braces (Invisalign)
-fillers (?) to increase gonial mass & angularity
-fillers (?) to correct chin asymmetry and increase its volume & angularity

Will tell you 2 opinions, 1 honest and one not.

You need every surgery under the sun.

You look fine and doing anything you listed is autistic and will improve you a little bit if not getting botched (you'd have bdd if you chose the first option).

if you're willing to i think you could benefit from a little bit of brow ridge projection

Wrong , Ramieri couldn't care less about his patients , he ghosts every single guy that has complaints , have talked to like 5 guys like this. Hopefully you end up with abosultely no issues if you decide to go with him but i guarantee you it's uncommon and i'm being overly positive.

A revision rhinoplasty, Invisalign, periorbital fat grafting, and filler in the gonions is an autistic plan bound to botch me ?

Each one of these procedures is actually adressing an objective flaw or problem. My only reservation would be about periorbital fat grafting : I haven't consulted with an oculoplastic surgeon yet, so maybe I'll be suggested something else but/in addition to fat grafting. Keep in mind that I'm in my 40s. It's usually a reasonable age to start treatments for the eye area. If surgeons advise me to wait a few more years before doing anything, I'll be ok with that. It's not like I'm in a rush to get a bunch of surgeries just for the sake of it.
Revision rhinoplasty is relatively risky, but justified in my personal case. I can hardly breathe through my nose. The main motivation for surgery is functional.

I don't want more forward projection. I messed up with the morph in the OP and can't edit/remove it.
I would benefit from a bit of vertical augmentation from the front profile. That's what I meant in the OP by "oblique projection".
My chin lacks a bit of height and angularity. It is visibly assymetric too.
I'll see what surgeons recommend during in-person consults.
