I dont need an urge to do it, and when i am busy I can go days without it, but usually i do.

I generally consider an addiction if it has negatively impacted your life in anyway putting aside usage per day. so if you've ever been late to something, gotten yourself in trouble or whatever else cuz u can't go without porn then I call it addicted
