I am now using minoxidil to grow a nice beard. I think my chin is small compared to the skin on my upper lip

Don't grow one. Your lower third is your best feature by far. Get a rhino and get better hair texture and you will be chadlite.

Stay lean, and stay clean-shaven.

Couple of suggestions to look at would be rhino and horizontal genio to get your chin perfectly in line with your lips and nose.

I think one of these gets you to chadlite.
