What would you say are the most important aspects of face?

I think its in this order Eye area > hair/skin health > Jaw/lower third > midface and nose

And then just overall harmony you sorta need it to fit together and no look uncanny

Eye area is the first thing people notice right away. Then its a close tie between hair/skin and jaw.

This is a good example of why eye area is the most important trait. You could cover up 80% of your face with hair and a face mask and if your eyes look good and people can tell your face is symmetrical you would have instant appeal. But Jaw alone would never garner this reaction
