Needed

At least thats what all the chads and ascenders say

All the people who say its not needed dont mog

Use vitamin D supplementation and the sun doesn't magically give you testosterone that's cope. Use sunscreen to save your skin
yeah your body cant absorb pills, and the vitamin d in the sun causes higher test, i think, something in it does, i disagree with you, but i am going to like your respone so you get closer to 1488 reputation

No one is immune to the effects of ionizing radiation. All animals avoid sun heavy sun exposure, specially during peak hours, and the ones that don't evolved to be pitch black or have dense fur as a physical barrier.

The sun damages your cell's DNAs, breaks down collagen and destroys elastin (mostly irreversible btw). It's so fucking bad that sunburning is just a defense mechanism your body has, once the cells in your skin have accumulated enough damage from the sun the body decides it is safer to just make a bunch of cells in your skin kill themselves than have to deal with the potential aftermath of the exposure.

Just use sunscreen.

Also, your body CAN absorb pills, otherwise supplementation wouldn't be a clinically effective treatment to deal with certain deficiencies.

why would they avoid the sun if theyre covered in a lot of thick hair and fur that protects them-??

This is a myth. "Results: Four RCTs were included in the qualitative analyses. The 25(OH)D concentrations were improved with 2000 IU/d supplementation (mean difference, 3.90 ng/mL; 95% CI, 0.22-7.58). A trial on female Navy recruits showed a significant decrease in stress fractures (risk ratio, 0.77; 95% CI, 0.62-0.95), particularly tibial fractures, from daily supplementation of 800 IU vitamin D and 2000 mg calcium." https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/31268835/ also https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC6631968/#sec3-medicina-55-00265

Not really. Deficiency will probably contribute to less testosterone. Going above the required amount will not increase testosterone

Awesome, will try to take screenshot when this happens

TRULY brutal when you're black ngl, I remember we went in high school to some trip in the middle of the city, it was a museum or something, for some reason the teacher decided it was a good idea to let a bunch of teenagers roam the streets at 12 pm while the bus arrived to pick us, I'm from the Caribbean, pretty close to the Equator line, so the 12 pm sun is absolutely relentless.

Long story short we all got lost in a place we did not know, under the scorching sun, some of us (the intelligent ones) decided to stick together, others decided to go out on their own (and got lost for like 15 minutes). Needless to say I wasn't wearing sunscreen that day, and the next day I woke up with a particularly weird spot on my skin, turns out it was a pre-cancerous lesion from sun exposure  Not even blackcels are safe from that bitch

I said some, not all animals have such countermeasures. The ones that don't actively avoid the sun, or try to get other physical barriers to protect themselves such as mud or just get really dark as defense mechanism.

Where are you getting this from? We have thousands of studies showing it's clinically effective. See also https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/32272973/
"Conclusions: Three weeks of vitamin D supplementation had a positive effect on serum 25(OH)D levels in endurance trained runners and it caused a marked decrease in post-exercise biomarkers levels"

Don't even bother, some people just don't have the cognitive capacity for logical thinking, let alone reading and drawing meaningful conclusions from a scientific paper

I mean sorry but you're wrong, if you refuse to see that, that's the only available explanation. Denying evidence to your face, while refusing to provide substantial reasoning of your own, is a clear sign of what I described. I guess you heard from a definitely credible TikToker or even worse .org user and decided to adopt the belief without questioning its reasoning? That's called being a sheep.

Regardless, use sunscreen.

Sunscreen doesn't have all those side effects
May block minimally some vit d absorbtion, no diff.
I ain't tanning cuz of sun again :hnghn:
Also in order to become an elf, sunscreen is essential :soy:

This is retarded, there is no "better source" of a vitamin. Supplementation will be fine, even if you get literally zero sun. You should be using sunscreen so you don't get skin damage and age
the natural source is always the best source

who tf wants to pay money for something you easily can get by going outside:lul: its objectively better if it gives same or better resultsand cheaper:lul::lul:

BECAUSE YOU ARE DAMAGING YOUR SKIN RETARD. You are literally giving your skin ultra violet radiation and damaging the skin cells are you fucking retarded. And vitamin D supplements cost next to nothing, they'll be infinitely cheaper than the facelift and botox you're gonna need when you're 27 in 15 years

going outside in the sun damages your skin
- someone from .org

dude... only if theres OVEREXPOSURE does it damage your skin, just like how its unhealthy to eat like a million cucumbers, youd obviously die.
Overexposure can also be any exposure (it isnt in this case or only extremely little that it doesnt affect anything, its just like how your muscles kinda tear up when you workout)

No your ancestors have been enjoying sunlight forever, the sun never gives you cancer and getting sun burnt is not natural. You just are too used to staying inside. And you're a faggot judging by your avi and being a faggot gives you cancer.

No you fucking dumbass. ANY EXPOSURE will cause damage, that's how radiation works. It builds up over time, why do you think 90% of people are wrinkly and old at 30, it's because they never use sunscreen. Please just stfu or get out of this forum, you're clearly a 14 year old with zero knowledge of what we're talking about

youre slightly right, i am extremely pale since i am nordic, i obviouslt can really be in the sun for long because of how melanin works, and when youre more pale you need to stay in the sun less because you cant absorb more vitamin d since you have less melanin, all of ts is based on ethnicity and geographical location

yeah thats kinda what i said, but that doesnt mean its bad to be in the sun, you are braindead if your think this. anything causes damage, walking damages your feet, when you breathe, you breathe small particles which hurt your lungs. but the damage is so minimal that it doesnt make any negative impact in these cases including the sun one

Do you live somewhere more south, your ancestors should be adjusted to scandinavian sun so i shouldn't cause damage unless you live in a lower latitude
