Long philtrum a lot of times come with a downgrown maxilla so the fix is not as easy as just getting lip lift. You need to fix the underlying problem first

Its also very gentic tho my grandmas philtrum is bigger than her chin and my dads is slightly smaller than hers and mine is smaller than my dad etc...
