every source I find puts him at 200 mil net worth. Doesn't seem crazy for someone with that much money to rent a mansion. he probably has multiple mansions, they're not even that expensive. You could get a mansion in texas for less than 5 mil

Not to mention he got kicked out for miss rent payments. He has a business venture but if failed miserably, losing 50 million. There is no well-known chain of assets/money machine were entitled to him.
