Sardines are better than tuna and you shouldn't eat tuna more than a few times a week unless you want mercury poisoning.

And honestly half those vegetables aren't great and most of those fruits are too. Broccoli, green beans, spinach, beets, carrots, black berries, raspberries and blueberries are all you need. Plus, what about almonds for a snack?

Think it depends on the type of tuna. I was averaging 2 servings a day of the tuna with the lower mecury levels for 8+ months and no problems
