What zygo surgery should i get

Idk what zygo surgery do you guys recommend. No fillers or fat transfer

To be honest there is only one surgery if you don't want fat or skin grafts:

-Malarplasty: basically putting implants in youre zygos, is effective if you want a really drastic and prominent result

But if you focus mostly on the eye and not the prominence of the zygos (i say this because youre zygos are pretty much tied with youre eye area and his lower support) a Orbital rim implant is very good to support youre eye from below.

Cant really do nothing more about youre zygos alone, unless you want to affect more parts of youre face, and consequently youre zygos

Youre right, thats also an option, but besides that idk nothing more to affect that zone significantly, bc he excluded grafts

I’m planning on doing it with Chin and jaw angle implants not too much tho my base is already solid that’s just a lil modification
