Don't worry you still have time so does @kjsbdfiusdf Just keep listening to Locario. I wouldn't bother surgery for UEE unless it's extremely bad. Gym is always beneficial just get to a point where you're lean & muscular.

As a mixed guy myself, I personally think that dreads, twists, etc look like absolute dogshit unless you have the face to pull them off. Like @thehealingfields said the most I'd go for is what X had but again it's not ideal.

If you have a decent hairline then I'd say a low cut fade/taper or high top/blowout is the way to go. Waves are optional but not a big fan either personally

If your hairline is high or just fucked in general then yeah you're pretty much limited to dreads, twists or anything that'll cover it up since pure black hair can't be easily manipulated as say straight, wavy or curly hair.

Even something like what Kelly Oubre Jr has here should be achievable for blacks with some type of curl pattern but again, he only really pulls it off because he's like a 7+ psl for a black
