I have been watching a lot of articles and videos on the subject.I have adopted Joe Rogan' s diet with some alternations.
So it's actually Paleo diet and I add like minimal processed carbs or foods.For example honey,some soy sauce and anything to make sauces.
Anything basicly that will make my food taste better so I enjoy it more.I am a sucker for "weird" tastes.
So what I mainly eat:
Any type of:
Egg
meat
Fish
Seafood
Vegetables and greens (not beans or grains)
Natural fats
Nuts(carbs but those are with it imo)
I mean I also eat rarely some carbs and drink or smoke when I am at parties etc.
Any way I can improve or anything to suggest?Share your diets or experiences.
For some reason I forgot to mention I do OMAD.I am just losing some fat and I plan to change it to 16:8.
