Nah it works for anti anxiety purposes just people get tired especially first time taking them. No dont bump up to 1mg maybe bump up 0.75mg and take a black coffee with it. Sounds counterintuitive but benzos reduce anxiety through the effects on Gaba and caffeine wont counteract that being a weak stimulant.
