If you’ve done all the traditional things to try fix mental health, and also if you’ve drastically changed your life (e.g. move to Brazil to work on a farm, move to Thailand to train Muay Thai and teach English etc), then you’ve at least tried to make your life enjoyable and then you can consider roping
