What's a good heater?

Bought an oil radiator heater thing and after an hour i could feel nothing coming from it, it was hot to touch but it didn't heat anything. I want instant heat anyways so. Bought a fan heater and it heats instantly but the fan blowing hurts my eyes.

I don’t get cold so idk but my family uses gas tank ones
