you're already at a good height for your age so just let yourself grow naturally
but if your really want to make sure your growth plates are open (x-ray scan) and then take aromasin (estrogen inhibitor) + hgh (human growth hormones)

tbh it’s mostly genetics but those things will help you reach ur max potential, and i also heard that hgh doesn’t really work that well after like 13
