Its very hard to do. Genes play a big role here. But blasting GH and tren for years might probably help. I have a fitness/juicing coach, 6.4 tall, 130kg. That nigga has the meatiest hands and wrists i've ever seen. Literally can't shake his hands, CAN'T wrap my fingers around his hands. So yeah GH, tren and training a lot will probably help.
