the key is amount you need to swim 5+ hours weekly for a year+ to see any changes. Mix styles as well, butterfly, classic swimming shit and others

Gonna add to gym routine, so shouldn't be hard to keep consistent for a year

swimmers don't get broad shoulders because they swim. they become swimmers because they have broad shoulders

no. They obvioulsy have a genetically good shoulders, but constant stress on some bone will force it to adapt (in case of swimmers become longer)

shoulder press/ pike push ups
lateral raises

just do a lot of ohp instead of wasting your time swimming for hours.

The problem with swimming is that you will become much more susceptible to mouth breathing. But if you're gonna do it, do it somewhere outside and not indoors because you don't want to expose yourself to hazardous toxins such as chlorine.

''A recent study indicates that boys who swam in indoor chlorinated pools had concentrations of inhibin B (a testicular hormone biomarker) and total testosterone about 20 percent lower than those of boys who swam in a pool disinfected with copper–silver ionization"

over for poolcels.
