LTN or lmtn you need to debloat as fast as you can, but you have a good base so maybe you can reach hmtn without any surgeries, good luck g

First off thanks g,second im already at 72kg at 5'10 so idk what else I can do to debloat.

I would recommend debloating first and foremost. Leanmaxxing is essential also start with the basic softmaxxing like skincare and accutane. Plenty of threads on here that have good sources. I would say you are MTN currently.

hltn-lmtn, your side isnt even terrible you have good chin projection, gonial angle, and hyoid length, but your front is just unappealing. your eye area is not very ideal and you look somewhat bloated.
