What’s after softmax?

Started doing skincare a few months ago and I pretty much have the best skin I can have and for my hair it’s grown out I just need to get think of a haircut to get also got into working out and trying to gain weight, What’s next after softmaxxing I’m not happy with the results I feel like it’s the bare minimum are surgeries and supplements worth it? Test, rhinoplasty, hyoid fat removal, and, buccal fat removal are all surgeries I’m thinking of getting in the future. Any other recommendations or anyone againts surgeries?

there is literally no reason to get buccal fat removal unless ur 10% bf and still have a fat face. ur "low hyoid" is also probably due to being recessed.

Well your bf %, physique, eyebrows eyelashes, lips, max those until you need surgery for the things that you can’t soft max

What are the ways to max out eyebrows, eyelashes, and lips I’m already really low body fat and working on the physique. I trim my eyebrows when they’re overgrown use oil on my eyelashes and make sure my lips aren’t dry is there any other ways to make them better?

Surgeries are worth it, supplements aren't worth it just eat good food.

Buccal fat removal is pointless

Rhino is reasonable, and nobody here is against surgery
