I've maxed out the stack on my gym's cable machine including the additional 2.5lb plates that fit on top of the stack. What are some good alternatives so I can lift heavier? I keep all my rep ranges to 3x5-8, right now I'm at 3x12. Also, what are some good weighted exercises for lower abs? I think I've surpassed hanging leg raises as well.

just hold a plate between ur legs/feet peak egoposting u didn't surpass shit la bro bro

Nothing beats kneeling cable crunch.
It is pure spinal flexion and directly targets the abs. It also allows for progressive overload safely since you’re basically just pulling weights with cables

Like this post if it was helpful and mark it as solution (it's the ✅️ on my right)

retard doesn't know how to take advice when he asks how to workout because he doesn't know and asks on a forum
Asking for intermediate lower ab exercises is egoposting? Get a grip retard.

I suppose I mis-named the exercise, but that's what I'm referring to in the post.
