test can close growth plates by aromatizing into e2 which is the primary signal for closure

for hgh, again, its only if you do it for high doses long term and give yourself acromegaly

U dont need hgh if you're 185cm bro also your growth plates are likely closed or will close soon so there is no point of getting it as it wont make as much of an effect on your height like it would when growth plates are fully open, just focus on the gym your height is fine

dose for test depends on your goals (performance, aesthetics or trt) and bloodwork (total / free t, e2, lipids, etc.)

when you pin test, some of it will convert into e2 via the enzyme aromatase. an ai (aromatase inhibitor) blocks aromatase, lowering e2. the dose of ai depends on the amount of e2 in your blood, so again, gotta do the bloodwork and watch out for the estrogenic side effects.

exogenous hgh is pretty chill and wont shut down the gh / igf-1 axis but you gotta be careful not to blast heavy doses for a long time or else youll get acromegaly
