What’s an ideal salary?

I feel like with me idrc about the salary i would prefer to work less hours and still make good money maybe like 3k a month working 20 hours but these jobs are like impossible to find

there's no ideal. the more money the better in least amount of time formula

ideal salary is something that doesnt eat your paycheck:
30% for rent, bills and good food, insurance
20% for open loans/car payments/holidays (unless you have paid ones)
30% investments in business or whatever you're into
20% fun
i would say you need 3-4k for this or 6k if you live in richer areas and have special needs
