angularity refers to how much a persons face has sharp, defined angles and structural definition rather than looking soft or round, good zygo projection could help with this, low bf too. When people are talking about dimo here they're usually refering to sexual dimorphism which are the physical differences between males and females. I put a photo to kinda explain what it means to have low or high dimo as a man.

Far left would be high dimo for men, far right would be high dimo for women. The closer you are to the middle the lower your dimo is, essentially the more androgenous you are.

Misc stands for miscellaneous, which is just stuff like eyebrows, eye color, skin quality.
