What’s best ortho route I should go

wore braces a couple years ago then had retainers, didn't really wear and bite got messed up and maxilla is also recessed i think. im going to visit some ortho to either get braces or Invisalign again (17.5 y/o) and they would presumably move my lower jaw to the right, as it's not aligned with the top and also they would close the gap that opened between my top two teeth . old ortho also said my lower jaw is growing and pushing upper teeth

ive also read marpe or some shit is beneficial but idk how i would get it from my ortho. my brother had an expander and his breathing was bad, my intermolar width is 33mm i think, palate isnt too narrow but i was thinking of using some sleep issue saying i dont breath properly

so then would the best route be find a marpe specialist or someone then do marpe and invisalign/braces?

how would i find one, would insurance even cover since its not medical, and how would i even bring it up?

ive attached some xrays i snagged before but idk if anything helps

(Also planning on taking HGH n some other stuff during treatment, so idk how that would affect things)

downgrown sadly you will need jaw surgery to mog

I’m guessing it’ll still be worth it to get the treatment now? Jaw surgery would only be viable later for me
