240 isent gonna be enough to get a sufficient amount of peptides to make any real difference if your still in early stages of puberty just eat really good try maximise your test go gym and have good tongue posture and sleep loads and that’ll help maximise your potential. And nothings gonna ascend you in a month dumbass
