bump, might make a thread about puberty

Socially underweight but other than that overweight because being underweight likely means you also don’t eat enough to grow either

I'd agree with that, but being overweight can cause hormonal problems aswell

True usually just being normal weight is the best

It really depends

You get bullied a shit load for being fat, but most the tall+good frame kids I knew were fat and it can help with bone mass iirc.

Having less calories required to grow optimally is way more worse than having excess calories

Underweight people are malnourished

I’ve been underweight my entire life, my face grew normally and is actually wide and robust but my frame is like a Grey Alien. If I roided it would just look like tryhard dogshit, body game has never been an option for me.

Most fat kids will always be fat, their skeletons and hormonal profiles grew into it. It’s unfortunate and shitty parenting and society is to blame. But if they can lose it they can have more dramatic ascensions than anyone.

This was very helpful, u think I should make a thread about optimal environments to develop in?

Being fat until age 15 or 16 did a lot of damage to my brain but after I lost the weight I discovered that I have a mogger face + wide shoulders. If you’re underweight growing up there’s probably a lot higher chance that you end up a framelet or a manlet.

I'd say eat a lot but a lot of real food. So that even if you're a bit bigger you still have a decent amount of lean muscle mass, good hormes etc. No kid should be dieting at 16 unless they're obese
