Implants but they're expensive and could get infected but lats a lifetime just book accordingly and plan at reputable clinics but filler is inexpensive generally but needs reapplication and could migrate depends on filler and area applied (water)

I'm not an expert in this but they kinda have different purpose, fillers are needed for places where volume is needed like lips, you can't use implants there but for cheekd for example implants better because it's like a bone

Is it worth the price?

depends on how disgusting you look and hm you can afford, but yeah, the ROI on implants is magnificent, if you get a titanium one you prob wont need to do anything else for life, basically new bones. if your broke ass cant afford some implants abuse fillers, knowing that it is going to migrate and your body can just absorb it anytime. A temporary fix.
