What's better: having a Chad prime model face that ends at 24 or having youthful "baby" face that never ages

I've heard that in East Asia looking younger makes you instantly desirable even if you aren't the best looking guy in the world. Since globalization is happening fast, this may be also be echoing in the American continent. Considering many ''Chad, masculine'' features can suddenly age pretty bad in late 20's, would you choose a more youthful but less Chad appearance?
