What's better hot shower or cold shower?

What water do you guys prefer when taking a shower? Cuz for me when I shower with hot water my face skin lowkey becomes rough and all that, with cold I don't see the same thing, but it's hard to stay in fucking cold water. What I do?

Cold is 100% better, idk what it does for skin but I do always notice clearer skin when I do them. I know it always boosts my energy and also theirs studies of it increasing the bodies gh. So yes, but nobody wants to do them and I rarely do.

great question, would recommend first hot water to open all the pores, put facial soap on your face, and a ph5 bodysoap on your body (works for me, different soap for different people) and then cold water for like 2 minutes to close all of the pores, including those on your back.

Whatever you like. Cold showers rise cortisol and increase blood flow. Hot showers are just relaxing and feels good
