Fists or massage gun, difference is massage gun just has a controlled hitting frequency
And dont use a hammer

yea i was thinking masssage gun due to more control hitting rather then using my knuckles and which attachment do i use for it i heard the bullet point is the best

Just use whatever you want, it just has to be flat with no bumps cause you can peel your skin.
