What’s causing my purple under eyes?

I am not sure whether the purpleness is due to bone structure or other factors

Would fat grafting help more or infraorbital implants?

Trying to figure out if this is mainly a soft tissue issue or a structural one and what the best permanent fix would be.

its a bit difficult to see but it doesnt look structural. Does it go away when you pinch it or pull the skin? You can softmax with caffeinated eye cream and tret (around the area), fat grafting and maybe vascular laser if you want to hardmax but its not magical
