Whats causing this and What Can I do against it?

I have this weird recession around my Eye Nose are i think its caused by my recessed infras and crooked nose is There anything to help against it it makes me Look ugly ash frauding or anything Else no surgerys too young and too broke

I dont agree your maxilla is recessed. Your upper third is, and there is nothing you could do about it really. Maybe filler in the supras but do your research

You really don’t even need surgery you have a good side even though maxilla recesed you could actually be a good candidate for rino without it looking crazy just something subtle to straighten nose a bit
