Im deadass 30% bodyfat and kinda bloated and im still seeing some hollow cheeks and ogee curve

Is this normal or nah cuz ive seen hella ppl under 20% bodyfat even 15% who have abs but not hollow cheeks

Have more in diff lighting but regardless at 30%+ bodyfat i should be a blob of round fat not seeing this at all
