there is zero point in taking codeine tablets on its own , maybe if you have zero tolerance however you can do something called cwe(cold water extraction ) once obtained this will turn the codeine into a liquid form you will need to mix it with syrup to make it a pleasant drink and to not fucking die.
most euro pharmacies sell it over the counter espescially the united kingdom
