They practice a Lot probably the specific IQ Tasks, memorize the patterns to Look For

A normal human, unprepared would Not in a Million years solve some of the Tasks in 30 Seconds, cuz they also have a ridiculous Logic in it where U have to Count For example every 3rd vocal (a e i o u ) from behind in a Logic question to come Up with the solution
