Whats dis line called? How do u get the measurement for whats a flat maxilla or not?

Where would I be able to find more information on what dis line means and how to tell if a maxilla is flat cuz I have clue what the word "flat" means and u guys keep throwing dis word around but dont explain how u measure flatness

If it's simply not projected, flat

If it's concaved inwards and makes it so that the mandible protrudes further out than the nasolabial tip, recessed

I assume it's measuring maxilla growth. Although I have never seen it done in this weird way before

so when its lacking in a saggital direction u would say its flat? and saggital being the pic below?

People are saying pattinsons maxilla is flat. It doesnt look flat from the triangle i drew or do they mean something else? The lower triangle is the ideal 45 degrees or am I wrong here?
