Is it a guy who got ethnic features? You can be white skinned and have ethnic features?
Is it some guy who got curry or other races coloring other than white?
People call other ethnics just for not being from a white country or not being a white, even meds

Phenotype/Harmony pretty much. It's not just about skin tone. I mean yeah. Darker skinned men look more ethnic than lighter skinned ones. That doesn't mean that a dude looks white just because his skin is pale.

You can just tell someone is ethnic. It's not easy to explain. I guess it is something that is influenced by your skin/hair texture, skull shape, ratios etc and how all of them work with each other.
