You’re 6’3 so don’t expect to look big unless you train for like 3 years+

If I were you I’d just train and diet consistently now then go on a cycle

The goal isn't to bulk up as in gain body fat, it's to get as big as possible while still being lean. A flabby lean guy with small arms gets mogged hard by a ripped lean guy.
