Yeah, maybe js go for a night walk. I have friends and go out a lot bc all i have is pretty heavy ADHD which dosen't make me high inhib at all, I actually used to be so low inhib i'd turn ppl off cus i'm too energetic and can't read social cues. It would honestly be beneficial if i wasn't ltn
