Whats exact name of this problem, my chin is asymmetrical

I have lots of face fat too but my chin is so assmyetrical and one side of my face is fatter

it can be for multiple reasons it may be uneven mentalis muscles, teeth misalignment, lifestyle habits, injuries or genetics

the cause will probably one of those things i mentioned

the name of the problem will depend on these it's just called asymmetrical chin

doesn't look like something too severe like hemifacial microsomia tho
