What's genuine LTN treatment?

All these fags in the ratings are ltn/mtn, yet they don't know what they are because it's not really made obvious by society unlike what everyone on here has been saying. Relationships aside, like everyday do they get treated neutrally or worse compared to HTNs because I haven't seen that much of a difference in how everyone has been treated, idk maybe it's just politeness is the same. Do all LTNs get the face of disgust or bad treatment somewhat? And if they don't, are they really LTN?

DNR: Societies treatment of everyone is mostly neutral, tf you talking about HTNs have it on easy mode? Maybe it's different outside the US
