Don't know where you live but most people are lazy and don't really go to the gym. I live in a big european city and 80% have shit body : either skinny fat or just plain fat with no muscle tone.

They might put an effort for a few weeks and after that it's done. Even if they do they are not consistent and serious in their trainings so they end up the same as when they began.
