with lucid dreaming theres always a chance u can lose control of it esp if ur anxious
I've heard stories of "bad trips"/bad dreams in lucid dreaming bc the person lost control of the dream but that mostly happens with people who have low lucid dreaming experience

this whole thread is a cope bc I'm too broke to afford psychs lol

but srs tho lucid dreaming can somewhat replicate the same states u can reach off psychs
like the fractal state, that's basically just a stage where u see geometrical shapes and patterns
