Pizza bc it at least has cheese and toppings. Fries is just potato and salt which are useless

potato chips sold by mcdonalds are extremely unhealthy because they are fried with seed oil. Seed oil has a negative impact on meabolic health, increasing risk of cardiovascular disease and diabetes. Furthermore food fried with seed oil contain free radicals which give you inflammation, faster aging and even cancer.
Conversely, if you cook potato chips yourself with animal lard, then you are cooking a healthy meal. Animal fats have been reevaluated by dietician as healthy, while in past animal fats where wrongly accused of increasing cholesterol level in blood.

As regards pizza, it is not unhealthy per se.
Pizza may not be advisable in a looksmaxxer diet because it is mostly made of refined flour, so you intake a huge amount of carbohydrates and you do not feel even stuffed.
As regards the seasoning of pizza, pepperoni pizza may not be advisable because salami is carcinogenic, because salami contains sodium nitrite as preserver

potato chips are comprised half of carbohydrates and half of fats, but the fats involved in the cooking of chips (seed oils) are extremely harmful to health (faster aging, caridovascular disease, cancer and diabetes risk)
 
If the pizza has quality meat on top, then it's better for the protein. Also if the tomate and cheese are decent.

Chips are literally bs, bad carbs, saturated fats...

But again too much of a good thing is bad
Carb overloading can cause weight gain by converting glycogen to fat.

Yeah but with loaded fries there can be meat and cheese and what not on top. How does that compare to pizza

Pizza if the ingredients are high quality and cooked in stone oven. Fries are cooked in seed oils.
