here's a genuine answer. What's holding your eyes back? for starters, contrary to what you said in the original post, your IPD isn't good at all, secondly, you're lateral walls are clearly recessed, the same could be said about your infraorbital rims, but it's hard to tell in this particular picture. Your eyes aren't wide enough horizontally, that's why it looks like your eyes are smaller and taller.
