Depends on tooth size. It's hard to change after age 12 or so.

As wide as possible. For IMW like 45+mm

The best way to know is by looking at you face, but yes if you have a high imw like that you'll most likely have a wide maxilla too

yea I know but my face is chubby so I just wanna know this number to get a good estimate of how my maxilla is looking and depending on that ill ask for a palate expander.
