I need to buy a cleanser and moisturiser so please help me with wich brand and product i should buy

I don't know what country you're in, but Cerave and Cetaphil are popular brands.
I personally use Cerave's Hydrating cleanser alongside Neutrogena Hydro Boost moisturizer + sunscreen.

Only need a thicker one at night if you're using a Vit A product like Tretinoin or if on accutane.

It all depends on your skin type. Heavy moisturisers on oily skin will just make your pores more and more clogged. Strong cleansers on dry skin will make your skin even more dry and irritated. Find what works best for you there’s no 1 magic product that will do it all
