what’s it like being short ?

i’ve never had to deal with being short. i’ve always been much taller than most kids at my age thanks to my genetics. i know i sound retarded saying this, but how is it actually like being short ? - do you feel like you miss out on any opportunities (not just dating) due to your height. i’m genuinely just curious as i’ve never experienced being short.
