I wanna ascend to htn to stop being a kissless guy. What do I need to do to ascend ASAP?

You can definitely get leaner, and will improve your facial leanness and angularity. It is the best looksmax you can do. How long have you been gym maxing? I mirin your physique.

Yeah OFC im not lean but getting to 10-12% would be hard af and not worth. Like 5 years but not consistently last months and never dieted so probably u can get that in 2 years or less, also I got bad genetics

12% is good and easily maintainable once there. It is 100% worth it, every % under 15% makes a massive difference to facial aesthetics.

Ok man thanks the problem is that most people here rated MTN and that thats AVG and in 2025 mtn cannot get laid easily even less easy being deathnic

Never trust peoples rating here. They rate legit very successful male models 6/10. Like 90% of their ratings are flat out wrong.
