its not that people are nice or disrespectful but girls never ever second glance ever,
i used to take the bus every day and it was like I was a ghost. in 2 years of riding the bus daily i never once saw a girl turn their head and look at my face for more than 0.5 seconds

No one stares. Girls glance but I think thats just normal behaviour, men glance too everyone glances at ppl. Never really seen proper interest from a girl. This is my experience in northern europe btw, in central asia standards are lower so my experience is better there.
